2 bananas
50 gms rice flour
50 gms maida
20 gms sugar
A pinch of salt
Yellow food colour
Method
1. Cut the bananas vertically into four pieces each.
2. Make a mixture with rice flour, maida, sugar, salt and yellow food colouring.
3. Dip the bananas into the mixture and fry in oil. Serve hot.
