Dubai: A thief in Cairo was electrocuted while trying to rob a house. His body was found in a state of decomposition in an electricity booth.
The corpse was taken to the Zeinhom Morgue to establish identity.
Al Masry Al Youm newspaper said preliminary investigations suggested the thief was electrocuted and died on the spot.
Police forces took the fingerprints of the corpse for identification purposes as the deceased had no identity documents on him.
