COVID-19: Saudi Arabia registers 3,036 cases, 42 deaths

This brings total number of coronavirus infections in the country to 220,144

Dubai: Saudi Arabia reported 3,036 new cases of coronavirus, bringing the total number of infections in the country to 220,144, the Ministry of Health announced on Wednesday (July 8).

In recent days there was a slight rise in the recovery growth curve, by which the recoveries in the Kingdom are higher than the number of cases.

The ministry reported 3,211 recoveries today, with total recoveries in the kingdom at 158,050. There are 2,263 cases in intensive care.

The ministry also confirmed 42 deaths, bringing the total number of deaths in the kingdom to 2,059.
