President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on Thursday presided over the swearing-in of the newly appointed ministers.
