Emirates Palace Abu Dhabi is one of the most expensive hotels ever built

Dubai: When counting major landmarks in the UAE, Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi is definitely one to visit. World-famous in its own right, the hotel is distinctly Arabian in design and offers a luxurious stay. The hotel was inaugurated in 2005.
From a 24-carat-gold facial and 22-carat-gold flakes in their coffee to featuring some of the best restaurants in the world, Emirates Palace does go all out in its offerings. The main palace building stretches over a kilometre from wing to wing, with its gardens stretching across 100 hectares. The hotel also has a pristine 1.3km long private beach.
It has 302 room and 92 suites, and is known for hosting high profile guests including heads of state, foreign dignitaries, and celebrities. From January, 2020, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group took over managing operations of the government-owned hotel from Kempinski Hotels.
Located and designed in a way that is 'perfect for the gram', the hotel is frequented by tourists and residents for beautiful photos. The hotel has a intricate central dome and over 110 smaller domes across the structure. Built at a cost of US$3 billion (Dh11.09 billion), the hotel is one of the most expensive hotels ever built as of 2020.
A stay at the luxurious hotel could you set you back over Dh700 per night, depending on the season and offers running. This can go beyond Dh4,000 per night for their most luxurious suites. Just visiting the hotel, however, is completely free.
