UAE President writes heartfelt tribute to women worldwide on International Women's Day
Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed cites women’s essential contributions in shaping future
Abu Dhabi: President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan wrote on Friday a heartfelt tribute to the women worldwide.
Taking to X platform, Sheikh Mohamed stated: “On International Women’s Day, we celebrate the essential contributions of women worldwide in shaping a more peaceful, prosperous, and vibrant future for all. Every day, your drive to achieve collective progress and uplift others in success serves as a lasting inspiration in the UAE and around the world.”
The International Women’s Day 2024, is marked today, March 8, 2024.
According to the official website of the United Nations, the theme for International Women's Day 2024 is “Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress”.
