Abu Dhabi: The UAE's Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation on Sunday announced that January 1, 2022, will be an official paid holiday for the private sector employees in the country.
Earlier today, the UAE said all public sector employees would have a day off on the same day.
UAE announced a weekend change from Friday-Saturday to Saturday-Sunday, effective from January 1, 2022.
