Two-day free parking in Dubai this week
Dubai RTA announces service timings during holiday of New Hijri Year 1443
Dubai: Motorists in Dubai will enjoy a two-day free parking this week on August 12 and 13, according to the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) as it announced the timings of its services during the holiday of the New Hijri Year 1443 on Tuesday.
Except for the multi-level parking terminals, public parking will be on Thursday and Friday, and the fee will be activated on Saturday (August 14).
On Thursday, Dubai Metro (Red and Green Lines) will run from 5am to 1am (the following day), and the Dubai Tram will be in service from 6am am 1am (the next day).
The civic body also stressed the importance of complying with the health precautionary measures while residents enjoy a long weekend.
