Police restrict truck movement in Umm Al Quwain

Umm Al Quwain: The Umm Al Quwain Police has restricted movement of trucks coming from Sharjah using Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road and Al Ittihad Road in a bid to reduce road congestion.

The police confirmed that the decision was implemented with effect from November 4 to ease traffic movement in the emirate.

The police told the truck drivers to abide by the new regulation on truck movement as violators will face fine of Dh1,000.
