Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid announces UAE's new satellite MBZ-Sat

The satellite is named after Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed



The latest satellite announced by the Dubai ruler will bear the name of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces

Dubai: In a tweet, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai announced the UAE's newest satellite.

He tweeted, "Its name will be MBZ-Sat ... the previous satellite bore the name Khalifa Sat and this bears the name of my brother Mohammed bin Zayed, may God protect him."
