Dragonfly, Business Bay
Located at the Lana Promenade, Dorchester Collection on Marasi Drive, this new restaurant blends Japanese and Chinese cuisine with a modern twist.
The menu offers a blend of Japanese and Chinese staples, including nigiri, sashimi, and dim sum. Highlights include the tempura aubergine mille-feuille and the Wagyu katsu sando, seasoned with teriyaki sauce, and the signature Dragonfly Battera Zushi. Try the prawn and scallop dumpling crowned with caviar for a refined taste of the sea. Lunch is served from 12 to 3pm, and dinner is available from 6pm until midnight.

Adaline, DIFC
Located on the ground floor of Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) is a newly opened contemporary supper club, offering Italian cuisine crafted by Chef Izu. The menu highlights traditional shared dishes, including classic Margherita pizza, hand-cut beef tartare, and Cozze Marinara, which consists of sautéed mussels with garlic, chilli, toasted sourdough, parsley, and tomato sauce. The restaurant remains open until midnight. The venue features live music and operates from 7 to 11.30pm.
Gigi Rigolatto, J1 Beach
Gigi Rigolatto is a restaurant located at J1 Beach, which is a newly opened beachfront dining venue in Dubai. This Italian restaurant offers guests with the option to dine outdoors in a beautiful garden, or while unwinding by the pool or on the private beach. Start your meal with truffle arancini, followed by zesty lemon-infused octopus, and conclude with pistachio gelato. Signature dishes like vitello tonnato, gnocchi al pomodoro, and filetto di tonno showcase authentic flavours, while classic desserts such as tiramisu and torta al limone provide a delightful conclusion. The atmosphere is enhanced by live music and refreshing drinks from the Bellini Bar. The restaurant is open by the pool from 10am to sunset. The restaurant serves lunch from 12 to pm and dinner from 8pm to 1am.
The Spaniel, Bluewaters
The Spaniel is a traditional British brasserie that has recently opened at Bluewaters. This gastropub features a cosy two-floor setting and offers a menu including a classic Sunday roast, fresh oysters, beef Wellington, Shepherd's pie, and sticky toffee pudding. The restaurant is an excellent spot for a fun night out with live sports and a vibrant atmosphere. Located at The Wharf on Bluewaters Island, The Spaniel is open daily from 12 to 11pm.

Biscuiteers, a new gourmet bistro café on Al Wasl Road near Safa Park, offers a diverse international menu.
