Dubai: A video of a stray dog’s bold encounter with a majestic elephant has taken the internet by storm. Shared on X by retired Indian Forest Service officer Susanta Nanda, the 21-second clip is a thrilling mix of suspense, humour, and adrenaline-pumping action.

When curiosity met authority

The video begins with an elephant ambling peacefully down a deserted road when a stray dog, driven by curiosity, boldly steps into its path. What starts as a seemingly harmless moment quickly escalates as the elephant halts and fixes the dog with a piercing glare, its annoyance palpable.

Despite the imposing presence of the giant, the dog appears undaunted. It wags its tail confidently, almost as if mocking the elephant.
