Nicosia: Syrian troops killed three people in the flashpoint central city of Homs on Thursday a day after Damascus said yes to an Arab League plan to end the bloodshed, a human rights group said.
The three were killed in the Baba Amr and Al Inshaat neighbourhoods of the city where "heavy machine fire is still being heard," the British Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.
More details to come.
