Occupied Jerusalem: Israel has temporarily closed its border crossings with Gaza following a rocket attack, defence officials said.
Palestinian militants fired rockets into southern Israel on Thursday, Israeli police said.
It was unclear when the borders would be reopened.
The rocket landed near the city of Sderot causing no casualties or damage, police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld said.
In June the two parties signed a ceasefire agreement under which Hamas agreed to halt rocket attacks in return for the gradual lifting of a blockade that Israel imposed on the Gaza Strip two years ago.
