Riyadh: Reportage Properties is preparing a major expansion in Saudi Arabia following strong sales, with projects planned in Riyadh and Jeddah. The company expects total sales to exceed SAR 500 million by the end of 2025, reflecting strong investor confidence and growing demand for modern residential developments.
Reportage CEO Eslam Hammam highlighted that client trust, particularly in Riyadh, has been pivotal to the company’s success. “Our focus on high-quality, sustainable residential projects has enabled us to meet the evolving needs of the market,” he said.
As part of its 2026 expansion, Reportage is developing two major projects: one in Riyadh as a continuation of its presence in the capital, and one in Jeddah, marking its first major expansion outside Riyadh. Both projects will feature integrated communities, green spaces, and modern urban amenities. Technical and regulatory studies are ongoing, and full details will be announced next year once approvals are complete.
Meanwhile, the Najd 5 project in eastern Riyadh has been launched, offering contemporary residential units with gardens, pedestrian pathways, and recreational facilities. Reportage will showcase Najd 5 at Cityscape Riyadh 2025, highlighting its design, construction, and investment opportunities, while withholding details on the upcoming projects.
Hammam emphasised the company’s commitment to timely delivery and high construction standards. The structurally complete Najd 1 project is set for delivery in Q1 2026. These initiatives align with Reportage’s long-term vision of developing integrated, sustainable communities, supporting Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector, and contributing to the goals of Vision 2030.
