Fines up to SR100,000 for those breaking the rules

Dubai: The Saudi Ministry of the Interior has affirmed any grouping of workers within houses or buildings under construction, or rest houses or farms and the like, other than their housing consisting of 5 people or more in one specific space, is not allowed.
In the first time for the violation, a penalty of SR50,000 will be issued for the establishment or the official, and SR5,000 for the attendees or those who invite people to attend. If repeated, the penalty will be doubled to SR100,000 for the establishment or the official, and SR10,000 for the attendees or those who invite people to attend.
If the violation is repeated for the third time, the offenders will be referred to the Public Prosecution.
In the event that the facility is affiliated with the private sector and the violation is repeated for the first time, it will be closed for a period of 3 months. In the event that it is repeated for the second time, it will be closed for 6 months.
If the violator is a resident of the Kingdom, then he will be deported and will not be allowed to enter Saudi Arabia after the penalty imposed against him is executed.
