Qaboos meets British Naval chief in Oman

Muscat: Sultan Qaboos Bin Saeed met visiting Admiral Mark Stanhope, Chief of Naval Staff of Britain, at Bait Al Barkah on Tuesday.

The existing cooperation between the two countries and matters of common concern were discussed during the meeting.

The meeting was attended by Rear Admiral Abdullah Bin Khamis Bin Abdullah Al Raeesi, Commander of the Royal Navy of Oman (RNO), Jamie Bowden, British ambassador Omanand the delegation accompanying Stanhope, who is currently visiting Oman.
