Man stabbed to death after argument in Oman

Muscat: A Pakistani national stabbed to death his compatriot friend in Bada’a area of Suwaiq province on Wednesday.

An official of the Royal Oman Police (ROP), told Gulf News that the suspect was arrested on Thursday morning from a warehouse where he was hiding.

The victim was stabbed at his house in Bada’a area and he died on the way to the Suwaiq hospital due to his wounds.

The suspect confessed to his crime and said it was the result of an argument between him and the victim under the influence of alcohol. The suspect was referred to the public prosecution for further investigation and trial.
