Muscat: Oman has declared a holiday for the public as well as private sector on July 23 to mark the country’s Renaissance Day.
Khalid Bin Hilal Bin Saud Al Bu Saidi, Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court and the President of the Civil Service Council, announced on Wednesday that July 23 will be a holiday for all government and the other public sector employees.
Shaikh Abdullah Bin Nasser Bin Abdullah Al Bakri, Minister of Manpower, declared July 23 as a holiday for the private sector to mark Renaissance Day.
