3 arrested in Oman for stealing goats

Muscat: Three Omanis have been arrested for stealing over 122 goats from the private farms of residents in Shinas province.

The culprits were arrested after residents from Ras Al Malh, Badaa’, Sur Al Abri, Sifah and Aswad villages complained.

They are set to face public prosecution and could be sentenced to five years in prison, according to the Omani Penal Law.
