Kuwait police search for women who abandoned baby

Manama: Police in Kuwait are looking for two Asian women who left a baby in a shop and ran away.

Local Arabic daily Al Rai reported that the two women walked into a photography shop in the Farwaniya neighbourhood and that one of them was carrying a baby.

After spending some time in the shop, the two women left, and the salespeople were shocked to find the baby on a chair.

When the salespeople ran after the two women, they discovered that the women had boarded a taxi and disappeared, the newspaper reported.
