Bhurban: Pakistan's two main opposition leaders signed a power-sharing deal Sunday to form a coalition government, after one-on-one talks near the capital, Islamabad.

Asif Ali Zardari, widower of the slain opposition leader Benazir Bhutto, and former PM Nawaz Sharif also said parliament would swiftly restore the positions of senior judges ousted by President Pervez Musharraf.

The deal brings together Zardari's Pakistan People's Party and Sharif's PML (N).

Sharif has called on Musharraf to step down following the opposition's election sweep.
