5 held; stolen car, hashish and money seized

Islamabad: Police have arrested two drug peddlers, a bootlegger, a car thief and a shop robber in the city, a police spokesman said.

He said a team seized 350 wine bottles from a car during checking at Lehhtrar Road and arrested one Sajjad Ali. Another team arrested two drug peddlers, Wadood and Mushtaq, and seized 1.100kg of hashish.

One Shafique was arrested and a stolen car was seized, while one Asif who robbed shops was arrested and seized Rs2.7 million in stolen money from him. (APP)
