Yesterday, a 28-year-old man in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh died by suicide, by consuming poison. He filmed his last moments, and posted the video on social media before dying. According to Indian news reports, he blamed his wife and in-laws for his death, in the video.
Munish Sharma was seen reportedly drinking poison, and gasping for breath in the video. He went on to blame his wife, Mohini, and his in-laws for his decision, and requested his family to ensure that people responsible for his death would be punished.

The two recently quarrelled, and Mohini had left home following the dispute.
While the exact reason of the man’s decision to commit suicide is unknown, a police officer told reporters: "The incident took place on Saturday, but, the video was recovered by his family two days later. The post mortem has confirmed death by poison."
According to a news report, the official also said that a First Information Report (FIR) has been registered against the four accused people, his wife, father-in-law, sister-in-law and brother-in-law under sections 306 (abetment of suicide) of the Indian Penal Code.
