Holbrooke meets with Indian officials to discuss regional security

New Dehli: Holbrooke, President Barack Obama's envoy to Afghanistan and Pakistan, arrived in New Delhi on Sunday from Afghanistan where he is spearheading a strategic US review of the Afghanistan war.

The US embassy in New Delhi said Holbrooke will discuss "a variety of regional issues, including discussion on India's views on Afghanistan and regional security," in his meetings Monday.

Holbrooke did not speak to reporters after meetings with India's national security adviser and foreign secretary. He was set to meets Foreign Minister Pranab Mukherjee later Monday.
