Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi to wed

Los Angeles: Talk show host Ellen DeGeneres and actress Portia de Rossi are set to wed on Saturday in the highest profile gay wedding in California.

The US Weekly reported that the couple will hold the ceremony at a secret location with just a few close friends.

California started authorising same-sex marriages in May, allowing DeGeneres, 50, and de Rossi, 35, to marry. The two have been dating since 2004.
