UAE weather: Light rainfall to be expected until December 26

Dubai: The UAE will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies, especially over some northern, coastal and eastern areas. According to the Met Office, light rain was reported over Hatta region in Dubai this afternoon.

The highest temperatures in the country was recorded in the Sharjah International Airport area, with the temperature reaching 28 degree Celsius at 3.30pm.

Light to moderate winds, with speeds reaching up to 35 km/hr will be witnessed today across the country.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies are to be expected across the UAE this week.

According to the National Center of Meteorology (NCM), residents can expect rainfall over eastern, northern and coastal areas until December 26, 2024.

Humidity by nightfall with a probability of mist or fog formation over some internal and western areas can be expected on the morning of December 27 and December 28, respectively.
