UAE weather: Rainfall and foggy conditions to continue across parts of the country

Dubai: Residents of the UAE experienced light to moderate rainfall across different parts of the country yesterday. The Met Office forecasts rainfall to continue until Sunday, February 2.

According to the National Center of Meteorology (NCM), clear to partly cloudy skies will cover some coastal, northern and eastern areas, with a probability of rainfall today.

Humid conditions are to be expected during the night, with a probability of fog or mist formation over some western and internal areas on Sunday, February 2.

The highest temperatures across the coastal and island areas are expected to be between 22 and 26 degree Celsius, while temperature lows will be between 13 and 18 degree Celsius.

Light to moderate winds, with speeds reaching up to 35 km/hr can be expected in the coastal and islands area, and speeds of 40 km/hr in mountain areas.

According to the weekend weather forecast, different intensities of rainfall can be expected tomorrow, February 2, with a probability of freezing water over the mountains by morning.
