It's 17.5 degrees C in Jebel Jais — with more foggy days seen

Dubai: Foggy days are ushering in the cooler climes in the UAE — with parks across the country expected to be teeming with people again as they find more reasons to stay outdoors.

Thick fog blanketed parts of the UAE until about 7.30am on Saturday in the UAE's interior areas, especial Shweihan in Abu Dhabi and Al Minhad in Dubai.

Forecasters said the weather on Saturday, October 7, will be fair in general, partly cloudy and hazy at times over some areas.

They also expect clouds to develop in the country's east. Light to moderate refreshing winds are expected during noontime, too.

Fog warning

The National Centre for Seismology and Meteorology (NCMS), however, said that relative humidity is likely to increase during night on Saturday, and early morning tomorrow, Sunday, over some coastal and internal areas.

This could increase the chances of fog/mist formation, they warned.
