Two suffocate to death in sewage hole

Sharjah: Two Sharjah Municipality workers died after they fell into a sewage network while cleaning it. an official at Sharjah Police told Gulf News. The Indian victims were identified as M.K., 27, and A.S., 26. The incident happened at around 8.30am yesterday in Industrial Area No 2. The two men were rushed to Al Kuwaiti Hospital where they were declared dead on arrival. Their bodies were later shifted to the forensic laboratory for a post-mortem. Police are investigating the incident.
