Two killed, two injured in Sharjah car crash

Sharjah: Two Pakistani men were killed and a woman and her daughter were injured after a collision between a car and a truck on Wednesday, police said.

The collision on Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road was blamed on speeding and the driver's lack of attention.

The two Pakistani men were killed on the spot, while the injured woman and her daughter were transferred to the hospital for treatment.

Police have taken the truck driver into custody for interrogation.
