Two die in Sharjah traffic accidents

Sharjah: Police are investigating an accident which claimed the lives of two young men on Thursday morning.

Sharjah police said two Indian men aged 23 and 24 -year-old were killed after their car hit a road pavement and the driver lost control of his vehicle and rammed into road barriers on Wasit bridge in Sharjah.

Police patrols and paramedics moved to the scene of the incident, where the two were pronounced dead.

The bodies were sent to Al Kuwaiti Hospital for completion of procedures before they were handed over to the victims’ family.
