Umm Suqeim Road speed limit raised to 90km/h

10km/h increase from Mohammad Bin Zayed Road to Al Sufouh Road announced by RTA

Dubai: The speed limit on Umm Suqeim Road will be increased to 90km/h from February 6, the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced.

The current speed limit on the freeway from Mohammad Bin Zayed Road to Al Sufouh Road is 80km/h.

The limit on a sector of Al Qudra road, between Mohammad Bin Zayed Road and Emirates Road, has also been increased by 10km/hr to 90km/h.

The remaining part of Al Qudra Road, between Emirates Road and Seih Assalam roundabout, will also see an increase in speed limit to 100km/h.

The decision was taken by RTA in association with Dubai Police.
