Speeding car skids, causes traffic congestion on Shaikh Zayed Road

Dubai: A speeding car heading to Abu Dhabi lost control and skidded on Shaikh Zayed Road causing traffic congestion on Tuesday.

Police sources said a 4x4 vehicle lost control and landed on its side on Shaikh Zayed Road near interchange five.

The accident took place around 8:05am. Congestion on Shaikh Zayed Road continued till after 9:30am.

No casualties or fatalities were reported.
