Dubai Metro's elevated track completed

Dubai: The work on the elevated track of Dubai Metro project has been completed.

The viaduct has changed the view of the busy Shaikh Zayed Road, which is the business district of Dubai with high-rise towers on both sides of the road.

The Red Line of Dubai Metro on Shaikh Zayed Road will start operating on September 9, 2009.
