168 accidents took place on fog-blanketed Dubai roads

Dubai: More than 160 accidents took place on Dubai roads from the early hours of yesterday until 9am due to motorists driving recklessly in the thick fog.

Dubai Police's Command and Control Room reported 168 accidents, which resulted in moderate to minor injuries.

Dubai Police urged motorists to be cautious while driving during fog. Police called on motorists to abide by speed limits, lane discipline and leave enough space between vehicles.
