Six vehicles catch fire in Mazyad Mall

Abu Dhabi: Six vehicles caught fire in the parking lot of Mazyad Mall at around 1pm on Tuesday.

Civil Defence firefighters responded in around three minutes and contained the blaze.

Lt Colonel Mohammed Abdul Jalil Al Ansari, director-general of Abu Dhabi Civil Defence, said one vehicle was completely destroyed, three moderately damaged and two slightly damaged.

Police are investigating the cause of the fire.
