Individual postal services

• Individual post box bundles

• Private mailbags – for people who receive large quantities of mail, exceeding the capacity of their private post boxes.

• Express Mail (EMS) – A quick, efficient way to send urgent business documents and general items deemed ‘top priority’ to more than 100 countries around the world. Unlike private courier companies, it accepts both documents and parcels.

• Registered mail – On the sender’s request, a signature will be obtained from the addressee as proof of delivery. The service is available locally and internationally.

• Parcel services

• Insured mail – The postal insurance services allows the sender to insure valuable items or documents dispatched via the Letter Post to cover loss or damage in whole or in part.

• Purchasable items – Parcel boxes, envelopes and aerogrammes can be bought.

• Public post box service – Fulfilling the need for providing a UAE address to people who don’t own individual mail boxes.

• Postal stamps – Providing stationery for stamp collectors, post cards, commemorative stamps and so on.

Corporate postal services

• Corporate Post Box Solutions to suit businesses

• Tejari Box – Allowing corporate customers with many trade licenses to rent one post box for all their trade licenses in the same emirate.

• Postage paid facility – Available to customers with mail requirements of at least 1,000 letters/items per month or 12,000 letters/items per year, of identical weight and size.

• Business reply – Companies can offer their customers the opportunity to reply to their correspondence, free of charge.

• Marketing solutions – This includes advertising by post, promotional stamps and stamp imprint advertising.

• Sealing permits – The service allows mail to be sent with confidentiality.

• Purchasable items

Non-postal services

• Providing Ministry of Labour services, allowing individuals to receive their labour cards.

• Facility to pay utility bills for Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority, Federal Electricity and Water Authority, Abu Dhabi Distribution Company and Al Ain Distribution Company.

• Facility to pay fines, recharge Salik cards and receive pre-paid parking cards from the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).

• E-Dirham facility offered in association with Ministry of Finance, where customers can buy and top up E-Dirham cards.

• Sharjah Municipality services, such as purchase of tenancy contracts and pre-paid parking cards.

• Provision of Emirates ID card delivery

• Facility allowing Dubai Department of Economic Development (DED) customers to issue, renew or print a modification of their trade license.

• Shaikh Zayed Housing Program services include receiving and delivering documentation on behalf of corporates.

• Facility allowing registration of tenancy contracts with the Dubai Land Department, without going to real estate brokers.

• Etisalat and du services include the ability to pay telephone bills and to apply for or sell prepaid cards.

• Issuing international driving permits.

• Facility to purchase air tickets for Air Arabia and flydubai.

• Facility to purchase National Bonds savings certificates.

• Provides e-course prepaid cards for Knowledge Horizon courses, which are designed to meet the needs of individuals and companies in English and Arabic.

• Money order services locally and internationally.

• Western Union services

• Emirates Post’s new Instant Cash Global Money Transfer Service offers fast-track money transfer facilities in the UAE.

• Authorised to accept United States’ e-Visa fees.
