NBD unveils Platinum MasterCard

National Bank of Dubai launched yesterday its most exclusive credit card, NBD Platinum MasterCard, which offers special benefits and services unlike any other card introduced by the bank.

This will be exclusive, as there will only be a limited number issued and these will be by invitation only.

Cardholders will get round-the-clock, global services including emergency cash advance payments, lost and stolen card reporting and emergency card replacement.

Abdulfattah Sharaf, divisional head of cards at NBD, said: "The NBD Platinum MasterCard will truly be exclusive. It will only be offered to our customers and will give them access to a range of special services throughout the UAE and internationally."

Other services offered are 24-hour customer service, worldwide medical referrals, high insurance premiums and access to Internet banking through NBD Online. Cardholders will also get an NBD Webshopper Card, an exclusively designed card that provides a safe and convenient method to shop online.

Complimentary Gold Class Emergency Roadside Auto Assistance will also be available in the UAE.
