Man falls to death from a Sharjah high-rise

Sharjah: A 53-year-old Indian man fell to death from 10-floor of a  building on King Faisal Road in Sharjah, according to police.

An official at Sharjah Police confirmed to Gulf News that the incident happened on Sunday at around 9am.

The man plunged to his death from the 10th floor. Body was transferred to Al Kuwaiti hospital and then to the forensic lab for an autopsy.

An official at the hospital said that the man was from Indian state of Kerala. Police have launched an investigation to determine whether it was an accident or a suicide.
