Maktoum's contributions praised

The wise guidance, leadership and encouragement provided by His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, were extolled yesterday at a ceremony to bestow upon him an honorary membership certificate from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.
