Japan to import Masafi mineral water

The quality of Masafi water has won recognition for bottled water from Japan's regulatory authority, which has authorised the import of the UAE's mineral water brand to Japan.

Masafi, which has been in the market for the past 25 years in the UAE and the Gulf, has also been exporting to many Asian, African and European countries. Japan is Masafi's first big market in the Far East.

The company also plans to export its products to other Asian nations, including China and Singapore.

The microbiological purity and mineral content of Masafi is well within the range specified by WHO, USEPA (U.S. Environmental Protection Agency), FDA (Food and Drug Administration), EU (European Union), IBWA (International Bottled Water Association) and ABWA (Asian Bottled Water Association).
