Is parking free today in Dubai for Eid Al Adha holidays?

Regular parking tariffs will apply from June 9.

The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and Parkin, the listed company that manages paid parking in several areas of Dubai, have announced free parking in the emirate on account of Eid Al Adha.

Public parking will be free of charge from June 5 to 8, excluding multi-level parking terminals, the RTA said. Parkin slots, too, will be free of charge from June 5 to 8.

Regular parking tariffs will apply from June 9.

Meanwhile, parking will be free in Sharjah for three days for the Eid Al Adha holidays.

According to the Sharjah Municipality, residents will not have to pay for parking from Friday, June 6, until Sunday, June 8.

In Abu Dhabi, too, parking will be free from Thursday until Sunday. Toll fees at Darb gates will also be waived during the holidays. Regular tariffs will begin from Monday.

In Ajman, parking will be free from Thursday, June 5, to Sunday, June 8. Regular fees will resume on Monday, June 9.
