Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced the official service hours for various public services during the Eid Al Adha holiday, corresponding to the year 1446H (2025). The adjusted timings apply to Customer Happiness Centres, public transportation services, parking zones, and vehicle testing centres.

Customer Happiness Centres

All RTA Customer Happiness Centres will be closed throughout the Eid Al Adha holiday.

However, the following Smart Customer Happiness Centres will remain operational 24/7:

Umm Ramool

Deira

Al Barsha

RTA Head Office

Technical testing and service provider centres

Closed: From Thursday, 5 June to Saturday, 7 June 2025

Partial Service Resumes: On Sunday, 8 June, technical testing will be available at:

Tasjeel Al-Tawar

AutoPro Al-Mankhool

Tasjeel Al-Awir

Al Yalayis

Shamil Muhaisnah

Full service resumes: On Monday, 9 June 2025, with normal operating hours

Dubai Metro

From Wednesday, 4 June to Saturday, 7 June 2025, all stations on the Red and Green Lines will operate from:

5:00 AM to 1:00 AM (next day)

Dubai Tram

Tram services will follow the schedule below from 4 to 7 June 2025:

6:00 AM to 1:00 AM (next day)

Dubai Bus

To view up-to-date schedules during the Eid holiday, users are encouraged to use the S’hail app.

Important

Route E100 (Al Ghubaiba to Abu Dhabi) will be suspended from 4 to 8 June 2025

Passengers may use Route E101 from Ibn Battuta Bus Station to Abu Dhabi

Route E102 will run directly from Al Jafiliya Bus Station to Zayed International Airport, skipping Ibn Battuta and Musaffah stops

Public Parking

Public parking will be free of charge from 5 to 8 June 2025, excluding multi-level parking terminals.
