Ras Al Khaimah: RAK Hospital has launched a free emergency ambulance service to support people with emergency medical needs. The service is particularly specific to severe emergency cases, such as strokes and serious orthopaedic injuries, that require timely medical attention. The ambulances are fully equipped with emergency equipment that includes monitors, oxygen, syringe pumps and ventilators to provide efficient first-aid to give instant relief to patients. Trained paramedics will accompany the patient to the hospital as well. To reach the new service, which is launched under the slogan ‘The sooner, the better’. simply dial 07 222 5555.
