No suspect product in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi: The Abu Dhabi market is free from Heinz's Fruity Custard Fruit Medley, confirmed the Food Control Authority (ADFCA).

Small pieces of plastic had been found in this product.

"[ADFCA] contacted the main company that is based in US ... about the safety of the product and whether it is sold outside Europe," said Mohammad Jalal Al Rayaysa, ADFCA Director.
 
The British authorities said that this is a French product sold only in UK and Ireland. The product was withdrawn after four complaints from parents and an alert to consumers in France, UK and Ireland.
