Dubai: Dubai Health Authority (DHA) will train staff in management of health facilities that will help them in providing better services to patients.
The International Hospital Federation is training the staff and the nine-month programme started this month.
One session will give trainees a better understanding of major trends in the delivery of healthcare services.
Dr Eric de Roodenbeke, CEO of the Federation, said health professionals in many countries do not have the required training to develop into effective managers.
