Breakfast for Diversity at Sikh temple in Dubai

Dubai: The Gurudwara Guru Nanak Darbar Sikh Temple in Dubai will host the event ‘Breakfast for Diversity’ at its premises in Jebel Ali Gardens on Thursday. The occasion aims to gather over 150 nationalities to spend time together over breakfast as part of the Gurudwara’s Year of Giving initiative.

The Gurudwara hopes to exemplify charity and religious tolerance through the event. It will also be an official Guinness World Record attempt of the ‘Most Nationalities Having a Continental Breakfast.’ All participants have been requested to wear their national dress as a representation of harmony in a multiplicity of nationalities, a press release said.
