UAE National Day private sector holiday announced

Dubai: The Ministry of Labour Saqr bin Ghobash Saeed Ghobash has announced the private sector will get one day's paid holiday on the UAE's 42nd National Day.

Saturday November 30 will be a day off for workers at private sector companies that take a Friday weekend.

For those working for firms with a Friday and Saturday weekend, Sunday December 1 will be a day off.

Mr Ghobash congratulated President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Their Highnesses the Supreme Council Members and Rulers of the Emirates and people of the UAE on this occasion.
