Abu Dhabi: President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has issued Federal Decree No. 11 of 2026 appointing Dr. Mugheer Khamis Al Khaili as Secretary-General of Erth Zayed Philanthropies.

The decree takes effect from the date of its issuance and will be published in the official gazette.
